Guest：We had friend stay in our small flat and my wife and I stayed at the hotel. We have stayed several times and have never beed disappointed.
Guest：Great location however being in town the parking options were limited. V nice staff and excellent breakfast.
Guest：Really friendly guy on reception who was great and helped us sort out parking etc. Room was lovely, well furnished and all felt high quality. The only bit that slightly let things down was breakfast. Although the food was good (when it came), the service wasn’t. No-one gave us menus so we had to ask, then we had to ask to actually order, it was all a bit erratic and the server didn’t really seem to know what they were doing! Also, on a more minor point, the coffee was terrible! Shame really as everything else about our stay was great!
Guest：We were upgraded to the Cuckoo suite which was lovely overlooking the lit gardens. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Close breakfast menu was also very good with lots of choice, we had Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine which were very nice.
