Guest：Absolutely delightful stay! Everything was just right and perfect! Each and everyone at Cocobay were so thoughtful and welcoming, and went out of their way to make all of us feel at home - this is no easy thing to achieve, since they kept each of us, from age 7 to 77, truly happy and cared for! The rooms are very spacious and well maintained each day. The jacuzzi is a super bonus, especially after a sandy at the beach! The food was outstanding - each and every meal we had was excellent. Special call out to the chef and his team! From breakfast to dinner, everything was thoughtfully curated, and had something to offer every palate! The location is truly amazing - the beach is so clearly visible, and we could enjoy it even from the balcony. We even saw the turtles coming in to the beach at night, to lay their eggs! A big THANK YOU to the entire team there! Truly unforgettable vacation and we made great memories! Highly recommend this resort unhesitatingly!

Guest：Positives: Amazing location Beautiful nature Spacious room Additional bed request for my daughter (6 year old) was provided as a normal wooden bed with comfortable mattress Negatives: Nothing like the photos advertised Terrible facility management There is a flow of dirty water (and probably waste) to the beach from the area at the back of the hotel, they do not even care about it Breakfast is terribly poor, nothing to eat It is hard to call the hotel of the restaurant a proper “restaurant” Ordered a pizza from the restaurant on our first day because i was feeling too sick to go out, could not even get one bite from it The guy working in the beach area constantly trying to sell us massage Too many trash in the beach area, they dont even bother to clean Drinking water in the room is water manually filled in glass bottles, no idea about the source of the water Stinky pillows and sheets and towels, not even sure if they were clean No liquid soap in the bathroom of the room, one small piece of solid soap, like a piece cut from a large bar of soap Too many flies, even in the restaurant area, no action being taken to avoid them Very small hotel garden, garden walls covered in mold A hotel in such an amazing location could not have been managed worse than this!
Guest：I recently spent two nights in this hotel.. The Bad: hotel decor is very dated. Colour schemes and furniture and in particular the Jazuzzi bath in bathroom are really archaic. The Good: hotel is located right on the beach. The bedrooms are huge and have excellent aircon and fan. The staff were incredibly nice and the food was excellent, in particular the dinner menu. Choices for breakfast were somewhat limited. Overall very enjoyable stay was had .
