Guest：Really amazing. We loved coming “home” to Jardin Escondido every evening. Staff were welcoming and kind and helpful (Ada, Cynthia, Natalia, Ignacio, Colin, Andres, Leandro). The rooms and gardens and pool and lounge area were comfortable and inviting. Natalia’s breakfasts were superb. The recommendations of staff for dining, shopping, sightseeing, etc were wonderful. We really hope to come back some day.
Guest：Be Jardín is as lovely as Buenos Aires is amazing. This hotel functions like a warm and friendly guest house in the middle of the city. Colin and his staff are incredible - warm, kind and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Buenos Aires. We are sad to leave so soon. Thank you, Be Jardin! Guest：Excellent service but our room facing the street was noisy because it had only single pane windows
Guest：This was our second stay in this quirky hotel. We had a better experience last time, this visit felt less special. Our room was ground floor by the court yard this time, where people can smoke and drink until late right outside our main window, making us feel a bit too close to the action and on display. Small windows let the court yard light into our room throughout the night. At 10:30pm the room next door had a check in which woke us up and kept us awake for one hour. When I spoke to reception after half an hour, the staff member on duty was disinterested, defensive and effectively ended the conversation by saying that those people were checking in. He continued chatting to them on the corridor outside our room and in the garden outside our window with loud voice. There is only one pair of sunbeds for the entire hotel and you need to share breakfast tables with strangers at busy times. Great location though, a very good breakfast and the other staff were lovely, particularly Andres, but we probably won't return for a third visit.
