Guest：Fantastic stay at the Kaiserhof over the Christmas holidays as a family of four. Service was excellent throughout – genuinely friendly, attentive staff who made everything feel easy and welcoming. Our family room was huge and very comfortable with separate toilet and bath/shower room. Great location right next to the ski slope with the option to ski in and out (though a steep drop right off the bat so not ideal if you are a beginner like me). The hotel’s shuttle bus to the cable station and nearby areas was therefore very useful. Facilities are excellent including an indoor pool and a heated outdoor infinity pool plus a bunch of extras such as saunas, steam rooms, infrared rooms and spa facilities. Breakfast was outstanding and the fine-dining dinner each evening was consistently very good. Our children loved the kids’ club which has baby sitter available between 5 pm and 9 pm. They even had Santa visiting on Christmas Eve bearing gifts for the kids. Only minor gripe was the transparent bathroom design. This is fine with young children but will be a tad awkward as they get older. Overall, a great all round experience and a hotel we would happily return to.
Guest：I stayed at Hotel Kaiserhof from Thursday to Sunday and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service, food, and facilities are all excellent, but what really sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful rather than scripted. Staff were consistently warm, observant, and proactive, often anticipating needs before they were mentioned. The food deserves special mention. Each meal was beautifully prepared, varied, and clearly made with care. Dining never felt routine – there was a real sense of pride in both presentation and quality. The hotel itself is immaculate and very well laid out. Facilities are excellent, calm, and inviting, with a clear focus on guest comfort. Everything works seamlessly, which allows you to properly relax and enjoy the stay. What impressed me most were the small touches: the way staff remember preferences, the quiet efficiency, and the feeling that nothing is too much trouble. Those details make the experience feel personal rather than transactional. I would highly recommend Hotel Kaiserhof to anyone visiting Ellmau and would not hesitate to return. It’s a place that clearly cares about doing things properly – and it shows.
Guest：Op zoek naar dé wintersport ervaring van je leven? Zoek niet verder. Kaiserhof Ellmau heeft alles wat jij zoekt! Op zo’n negen uur rijden vanaf Utrecht (wij kwamen zelf vanuit Hoorn) zit een hotel wat alles heeft. Niet voor niets uitgeroepen tot Oostenrijks hotel van het jaar 2022, een echt familiehotel en dat merk je in alles. De service, het personeel, de sfeer, de kamers, het eten, de sauna’s, de zwembaden, het in- en uit ski?n, als ik zeg alles dan bedoel ik ook alles. Het personeel is zo ontzettend lief, zo verzorgend. Aan alles is gedacht. Ze regelen alles voor je, je hoeft het maar te vragen. De eigenaren staan zelf nog aan je tafel om een praatje met je te maken over hoe je dag was en of alles wel naar je zin is. De kamers zijn waanzinnig. De zwembaden zijn heerlijk. De sauna’s hebben een uitzicht op de bergen. Het eten, zowel ontbijt als diner, is geweldig. De speelkamer voor je kinderen is fantastisch. Er ontbreekt niks aan je vakantie als je naar Kaiserhof in Ellmau gaat. Of je nou met je gezin gaat of als stel geniet van alle luxe. Je voelt je meteen thuis.
Guest：Seit über zehn Jahren kehren wir immer wieder an diesen besonderen Ort zurück – und auch diesmal war unser Aufenthalt tief berührend. Es ist diese seltene Mischung aus Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und echter Gastfreundschaft, die den Kaiserhof so einzigartig macht. Der Service ist gepr?gt von W?rme und Professionalit?t. Der Spa-Bereich bleibt unvergessen – insbesondere die Saunaufgüsse mit Daniel: kreativ, lebendig und wohltuend bis in die Tiefe. Die Küche überzeugt auf h?chstem Niveau und steht einer Sterneküche in nichts nach. Was diesen Ort jedoch wirklich ausmacht, sind die Menschen: die Begegnungen, die Gespr?che am Abend an der Bar, das Gefühl von Ankommen und Dazugeh?ren. Die Familie Lampert schafft mit gro?er Hingabe, Herz und Authentizit?t einen Rahmen, in dem genau das m?glich wird! Danke für diese besonderen Augenblicke.
