Guest：Very friendly welcome. Large modern room and bathroom, very good beds, good insulation. The parking is around the corner but safe. We had dinner in their restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiter was very professional. The breakfast (buffet) was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel not so far from Bruges.
Guest：checked in on friday the 8 th of sepetember, room 901, double room with balcony, close to restaurant, found the confort room, floor dirty and sticky, a terrible smell out of the shower, There is no separate shower in room, only the toilet has a door. Made complain at reception they were supprised ? we took care of by ourselves. Told also the cleaning staff, did they do somthing or not the smell, stays.. decided to leave one night earlier, had to pay the night... conclusion no help at all ... no solution.... advice do not take room 901.......
Guest：Very disappointed Absolutely not worth the price. The staff is very cold (not a hello or good morning). When we arrived the room was full of hairs, we had to request to re-clean the room. I would give it a 3-stars maximum. Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it strongly through the walls. Breakfast very average. Easy access to the sea.
Guest：Comfortable place to stay the night. Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel.
