  • Guest：Das meiste Personal ist freundlich, jedoch ist zu vieles 'gerade' defekt. Das Schwimmbad musste neu gefüllt werden und brauchte gut 2 Tage, bis es wieder warm war. Das Laufband im Fitnessraum (mit total nur drei Ger?ten) war defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Leider wurde dies auch nicht kommuniziert, als wir nach dem Fitnessraum fragten. In unserem Bad war es sehr kalt, als wir dies an der Rezeption meldeten, kam ein unfreundlicher Hausmeister im Zimmer vorbei (trat einfach ein, obwohl ihm kommuniziert wurde, dass noch jemand im Zimmer ist) und hat uns unfreundlich zurechtgewiesen, dass wir die Karte dauerhaft stecken lassen müssen (?kologischer Bl?dsinn?). Das Frühstücksbuffet hat grunds?tzlich eine gute Auswahl, jedoch gab es an den Tagen mit weniger G?sten nur eine sehr dezimierte Auswahl des Buffets (nicht einmal die Konfitüren wurden aufgetischt) und auch hier ist der Service verbesserungsf?hig. Die Lage ist top. Leider hat es jedoch insgesamt überhaupt nicht den Ansprüchen eines 4* Hotel entsprochen. Speziell ist auch, dass den G?sten für eine gute Bewertung ein Glas Sekt angeboten wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall kein zweites Mal kommen und dieses Hotel auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

  • Guest：On paper this hotel has it all. In reality it’s a little different. Parking is a nightmare, not enough parking places, scattered around, some on the street, some inside a yard, some around the corner- in the open and not guarded in any way, once you go out for the day- you might not have a place to park when you come back. You pay 10€ a day for this delight. The hotel suggested we parked our very expensive car in the nearby supermarket. Unbelievable. Check-in was extremely slow, but friendly, our room was at the very end of the hotel, lots of stairs on the way and no elevator. I found that hard . Room is ok, clean and basic, nice balcony, very small bathroom. The bed and pillows were very bad for me- super uncomfortable, and I slept really badly. The pool was small but clean, I was very unhappy to find all the buttons for the jet stream, jacuzzi ect. Did not work. Not even one! Also the Bar was closed- this is with a fully booked hotel on high season weekend . Very disappointing! Breakfast was nice (only the coffee wasn’t good), but it didn’t make me feel better about this hotel. We payed more than enough, but didn’t get our money’s worth.
  • Guest：This hotel took us by surprise. Romantic old building with a modern touch. Very friendly and understanding staff. Amazing restaurant that’s available for non-hotel visitors. Beautiful view on the region as the hotel lies on a hill. Will definitely come again.
