Guest：Ho pernottato due volte a distanza di pochi giorni: la prima volta impeccabile, nella seconda media voto piu bassa. Le camere e i letti sono fantastici, meno i cuscini, che non offrono la scelta della consistenza. I bagni, datati, nel complesso soddisfano sufficientemente perché le camere sono molto spaziose. Al terzo piano, un rombo continuo, riempie i silenzi, durante la notte soprattutto sembra di essere in partenza nella cabina di un aereo. Peccato. Colazione ottima in una bellissima sala. Anche il servizio cena davvero ottimo, in una location molto ampia e ben curata, preparata con attenzione e servita con gentilezza e simpatia, rimanendo sempre nella discrezione piu ottimale. Complimenti. Ottimi anche i servizi offerti ma non ho approfittato della presenza della Spa, ovviamente utilizzata anche dai non ospiti della struttura. Struttura in continua ristrutturazione. Posizione ottima sia per chi assiste i parenti nella vicina Clinica Malatesta Novello sia per chi volesse visitare il centro storico, distante 10 minuti a piedi e magari arriva col treno o in bus, viste le vicini stazioni.
Guest：Lovely hotel in a great location. Receptions were friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable with a good choice at breakfast of hot and cold food. Booked a double room but ended up with a suite with 3 twin beds in one room and a super king in the other. Only downside was our room was hot and wasn’t told until the morning that it is law to turn the SC off in September!
Guest：Mi sono trovata molto bene Accettano i cani addirittura portano cuccia e ciotole acqua. La Spa è molto bella. Ho amato la stanza del sale con secchi di sale del Trentino per immergere anche i piedi. Le camere carine e ordinate. La zona bar ristorante (solo la sera) molto accogliente e ben curata. C’è molta gentilezza e cordialità Unico neo i bambini nn possono entrare nelle piscine. Ma forse lo si può comprendere per il disturbo della quiete che potrebbe accadere con bambini non educati
Guest：Nach achteinhalb Jahren übernachteten wir wieder einmal im Hotel Casali. Grunds?tzlich hat sich seit dem letzten Besuch nicht viel ver?ndert. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und haben eine angenehme Gr?sse. Das Geb?ude ist gepflegt, sauber und ruhig. Der Gratisparkplatz hinter dem Haus platzt inzwischen aus allen N?hten und das Hotel besitzt nach wie vor keinen einzigen Parkplatz für die G?ste. Die gr?sste Entt?uschung lag eindeutig beim Frühstück. Das Personal wirkte demotiviert und müde. Das Buffet wurde nur auf Verlangen aufgefüllt. Eierspeisen wurden offensichtlich für die ersten G?ste um 7 Uhr im übermass zubereitet und sodann bis 10 Uhr warmgehalten. Auch die Pfannkuchen waren gr?sslich, wenn es überhaupt noch welche hatte (zwischen kaum angebraten und fast schwarz gab es alle Farben - alle waren jedoch auch über Stunden warmgestellt). Für einen zweiten Kaffee musste man das Personal suchen. Zusammenfassend würden wir das Casali beim n?chsten Besuch in Cesena eher meiden.
