Guest：Excellent view of historic Puebla. Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us twice.
Guest：The room needs some update, rooms are different from the picture posted. Furniture is in need of touch ups and repairs. amenities such as towels and bathroom toileterie could be improved
Guest：Hotel was within walking distance to most amenities. Staff was very helpful as they provided a map with places to visit around the hotel. Room was cleaned daily and was safe as well. The only thing I would consider is you have to use the stairs since there is no elevator. Staff was very helpful at the front desk as they helped us with laundry assistance as well as transportation to the airport early in the morning. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Beds are a bit hard for me and pillows too soft. Had a great time during our 7 day stay.
