  • Guest：Having travelled from the UK visiting India for 4 weeks we had stayed in a number of hotels during our month so we know what is good and what isn't good with Indian hotels. This hotel is a brilliant hotel to stay in. The security is excellent and rooms were good. The whole hotel was nice and pool was lovely. Hotel staff were very welcoming and polite, they are a credit to your hotel. The real star of your staff was the hard working and polite Tanasha who worked tirelessly to serve us breakfast and meals during our 5 days stay, she really made us feel like family, please thank her from us all. There were a number of high end weddings and events going on which was nice to see the culture and music. The hotel itself is brilliant, location near Phagwara, Haveli, the amazing Eastwood Village and many other attractions. All in all a brilliant stay in this very nice tropical themed hotel. There are some areas for improvements as compared with my last stay here 10 years ago, some parts of the hotel is looking a little tired and in need of some investment and upgrading. Also, I'm afraid to say there inhouse taxi services are very overpriced and need to be looked into as they quoted me 5,000 rupees that cost me 2,000 rupees from an independent taxi service. All in all, I would recommend staying here for a comfortable stay and will do myself on my next visit.
