Guest：Hotel is netjes en mooi gelegen. Vriendelijke medewerkers en schoon. Verhouding prijs kwaliteit vind ik onder de maat. Het is duur, terwijl diner in buffet eenvoudig is. Als er weinig gasten dit boeken dan is het voor de prijs wellicht beter om bij het ontbijt een menu keuze voor te stellen en dat ‘s avonds te serveren. Ik vind het gevaarlijk dat men de nooduitgangen ‘s avonds op slot doet. Dit kan anders opgelost worden, zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van veiligheid. Tot slot was het opmerkelijk dat de atmosfeer veranderde toen de Oekra?ense eigenaresse in bijzijn van gasten instructies gaf. Gezien werkwijze en onderdrukte sfeer zal zij geen beste leidinggevende kwaliteiten bezitten.
Guest：It's all about expectations and EGO... We spent lovely, relaxing time in Bukowy Park. We did not expect that staff will treat us like a Monarchs, 'cause we're not one of them. Instead we got all we really need, when we need. Staff was nice, helpful and always with a grin. Hotel itself is located in great spot, close to park and many many walking paths. Food and other services are high quality. So, up to sum... Great place to spend time. Family 2+1.
Guest：I give 3 stars because of this morning in hotel. Everything was perfect until than; kind staff at reception, very helpful ready for your every wish, great food and restaurant staff, great massages, really clean SPA zone, But: This morning woman in red dress (it appears the owner) was lecturing staff in restautant. I felt uncomfortable to hear it and be witness of it. Than children of owner were going thru personel door few times. After that owner started to call to staff and asking who comes at 16:00 to work. As guest im not interested in it at all and prefer not to hear it. Im on holidays there. The worst for me was that because of presence of owner staff in restaurant behaved different and i felt that they were stressed. Owner made me feel uncomfortable and made bad atmosphere.
Guest：We visited the hotel this week and it was really nice. The town is a small but beatiful place. Our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed it very much. Overall the surrondings of the hotel are a great place to wind down and enjoy yourself. The hotel itself 1) the hotel offers a great value for the price. Rooms are well-equipped, clean and comfy. As a welcome gift you get tea, cofee and water. It may not seem very much but when you arrive, it is nice and you can just enjoy a cup of tea or cofee. I give it 10/10 2) staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us to solve the problems we faced very quickly and effectively. The most of the staff can speak English, in addition they are very polite and nice. 10/10 3) The spa is beautiful. You can find a pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room there. I was really missing the cooling zone but otherwise I cannot complain. I also have to mention that there were just a few people so we could fully enjoy it in privacy. 8/10 just because of the lack of cooling zone. 4) the only setback of the hotel is food. It is not that bad but we expected much more from a hotel rated this high. You can only choose from a limited amount of meals and those meals are mostly just simple. The limited amount of choices would not have been issue if the overall quality of those meals had been better. 6/10. The recomendations to the hotel It would be splendid if you installed any cooling facility in the spa. It does not have to be a cooling pool a bucket with cold water would do the job. More quality food would also be nice. The hotel is amazing but when you are there and want to enjoy your stay, you also want appropriate meals. Overall we can recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax and regain energy. It is a great choice for the value.
