Guest：The Perfect Stay - A beautiful location, the perfect hosts. A highly recommended place to stay, 5 minute walk to the beautiful town of totnes. Trains & buses are in close walking distance to visit other towns with ease. The room, the location, the breakfast was lovely. Thank you Julie & Mike for a very welcoming stay.

Guest：A perfect stay. Away from the noise of Totnes, yet just a 5 minute walk to the shops. We had the garden room, cozy but had everything including a mini fridge. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden. Full of flowers and birds. As it was warm we were able to leave the doors open during the night which was lovely. Julie was the perfect host. Recommending local restaurants nothing was too much trouble. A perfect place to stay and relax.
