  • Guest：Additional charges that were not explained at check-in. I spoke up at checkout and also called and was not given an ounce. Front desk told me it’s in the verbiage on ******* when I booked. Never read this so must be super tiny writing. Plus they make you pay $25 a day to park. This is not acceptable to me. Sad because the resort is beautiful but they hide fees left and right. They also add crazy high tax on restaurants. I feel part of this is towards tips which they also don’t explain.
