Guest：Absolutely awesome! Great hospitality good food, great drinks, room were nice and clean beautiful resort.
Guest：Our cleaning lady for building 5 was very friendly and always helpful when needed. The staff in general were positive and friendly and the beach was beautiful.
Guest：Our stay was incredible. The beach was clean and the staff all work so hard. A few people in particular we loved to see everyday. The restaurants were all great. Buffet was always the last option which was always a hit or miss. A few themed nights were good. The gift shop is well enough stocked and we had to make a few emergency stops there. The drinks were strong and did the job, good service as well. First time in Dominican, was an absolute pleasure. We also booked saona island experience/all day excursion through the resort and was 10/10 (pretty touristy though). The landscapers work very hard and plants looks healthy and lush. Beautiful property
Guest：The room was really clean and spacious, the pools were big and deep and the water was clean (and didn't smell like chlorine, wich is a bonus), the food and drinks could have been better, but what took the cake was the staff! The customer service was amazing, they made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed, they were so funny and understandable, they made my week! Already planning to come back on october with more family members!
