Guest：Quelle arnaque ! Ce n’est pas du tout un 4* , au mieux, c’est une pension de famille anglaise. Pas de personnel fran?ais ′ seulement deux personnes charmantes , au demeurant, qui essayent de se faire comprendre, Reception fermée en journée, hall accueil minimaliste , pas un seul fauteuil Réservation faite pour 7 nuits , 6 jours en 1/2 pension mais sans information préalable le d?ner n’est pas assuré le mercredi soir Dans la chambre , pas de téléphone pas de bouteille d’eau ′ verres en carton , ménage aléatoire…….. Pas de salle de vie , pas de TV et le bar n’est ouvert que de 17:00 à 21:00, Publicité annonce espace détente, faux , pas même un jacuzzi , obligés d’aller dans un h?tel voisin pour profiter de leurs installations à la hauteur d’un Vrai 4*…. Depuis des années nous fréquentons des h?tels 4 , voire 3 étoiles dans stations Alpes du Nord ou étranger ( Italie , Autriche ..) mais c’est la Première fois que nous rencontrons un tel décalage entre la fiche Produit et la triste réalité de l’établissement.!!( A Fuir
Guest：We have just left Ski D’Or in Tignes after a fabulous week of family & friends skiing/snowboarding. Perfect ski in/ski out location and a great, modern Chatel/hotel with everything you need, including heated boot room, sauna, cosy bar & amazing mountain views from the restaurant. The Alpine Elements team can’t do enough to help - Beca & all her team give a really warm welcome! The food is great & service is always with smiles (special thanks to girl Charlie, boy Charlie, Liv & Anna)… there’s a relaxed, friendly bar (& Tyler’s fab cocktails) and the Val Claret area is perfect for slopes & apres ski. If you don’t fancy the ski down after Follie then head to Cocoricos, a short walk from Ski D’Or for live music (4-6) & a DJ (6-8). Granite Bar opposite Ski D’Or also friendly and a great spot for a nightcap! And for a great coffee / sandwich Les Poulettes is a must. We would highly recommend Alpine Elements - the resort transfer from Geneva included is a huge bonus when prices have gone sky high by all operators & communication before & during holiday spot on! Alpine Elements also has the best staff helping to make your ski holiday truly memorable! We’ll definitely be back!
