  • Guest：The stay in Hotel Czarny Potok was beyond great, we stayed for 3 days during weekend. The first thing I want to mention is great and friendly staff, which checked us in quickly and promptly. They gave us instructions on how to get into our room and after told us everything about the hotel complex and the activities you can do. Regarding the comfort and accommodation the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We only had breakfast in cost of our accommodation, I want to mention the variaty of the breakfast, there is a chef who will cook infront of you, numerous of tables filled with great food, so everyone can find something they like. The hotel also has number of restaurant for lunch and dinner, which we also tried and were really satisfied with the service and food. SPA is one of the highlights of the hotel, there are multiple of pools with saunas. The only negative thing is if you are in first building there is lots of walking you have to do in order to get to the SPA. The surroundings of the hotel are mostly nature and you fell really good. We also tried outdoors minigolf which is a great activity you can do in free time. Overall if you want to stay for couple of days you will not get bored easily. I definitely recommend.
  • Guest：Czarny Potok is an outstanding place to visit and to stay there for relaxation, or for business meetings. Highly recommended. It was not the first visit for me and my wife, and we will be happy to visit it once again.
  • Guest：Great hotel, fantastic food and service. This hotel is perfect for families. Very nice swimming pool. The best is Kids Club, you can stay with your child or go to do something else, if there’s any problem, they will call you. I will come back there.
