Guest：Loved the location of this splendid hotel and the old world charm, Many of the rooms with balconies are on the shady side of the hotel. The room was spacious with a king-size bed. The room had a small balcony overlooking the historic Baden casino and park. There is a magnificent stained glass window in the beautiful Jugendstil breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of fruit juices, cereals, pastries, cold cuts, scrambled eggs and bacon and even cake. This hotel would have rated 5 stars except for a number of short-comings; No air conditioning in the rooms (fan was provided on request) Mattresses are saggy and need to be replaced Towels are VERY thin and no small face towels No towel rails in the bathroom (two tiny hooks on the back of the door) Shower cap and vanity packs but no hard soap just weak liquid soaps Shower is combined with a deep bathtub Moldy grout in the shower tiles No kettle in the room and no tea bags, just environmentally-unfriendly coffee pods Bathroom would look better without a large orange mural of a roulette wheel Table and chairs on balcony had not been cleaned.

Guest：What a lovely stay! We came at New Years and our room faced the town fireworks show. Breakfast was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They took excellent care of every detail. I highly recommend this property.
