Guest：Ya no es el Hotel Hesperia que era de hace a?os atrás, la mayoria de las instalaciones estan descuidadas, edificios y restaurantes están cerrados y abandonados, el area que esta restaurada esta bonita, sin embargo las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, decoracion antigua, muebles partidos, el ba?o no sale suficiente agua y no hay agua caliente. Lo que se salva es la piscina principal que esta chevere y la atención es muy buena. La comida regular, desabrida y repetitiva.
Guest：Overall very good stay with serious effort by staff (manuel, eric, alexandra, gilbert, Luis and chamber ladies) but need more staff to attend for a ture all inclusive all the time. Pools great, when open sauna and weight room good, restaurants good to very good, and faicilites ok but a bit run down. Please do not book with Oasis travel that are recommended by hotel. both days had less than promised performance and attractions and especially dolphin VIP tour. that all said, the staff and beach salvaged the trip and we enjoyed. We will go back to Margarita byut not Hesperica
Guest：The staff were very kind and caring, the pool and green areas were ok, it was all inclusive, the food and drinks were average... The property needs a total remodeling of its facilities, the hot tub and tennis court were completely abandoned as other buildings too. The property needs a power plant with urgency because the power outages in the area.
Guest：Wonderful location on one of the nicest beaches on the island but the place is very run down. The staff on the other hand are great and work tirelessly to please the customers. The biggest negative was the food, very little variety and lesser quality.
