Guest：Just spent a lovely week in room 7 on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the garden. Total peace . Nice room with comfy bed. Decent sized cups, microwave and a fridge. I've travelled a lot for my job and this room has the best amenities I've come. It is also on a main bus route for town,York or Beverley so you can dump your car in the large parking area.

Internet will find this place and book you in but PLEASE don’t book third party! This place should not lose out through charges to booking companies. The welcome you’ll get is lovely. The room for the rate charged is exceptional. The hospitality, bed linen, pillows and cleanliness are outstanding. Facilities also exceed expectations- fridge, microwave and Freeview TV in a room at this rate is unbelievable! Local amenities/take-away are incredibly convenient if needed. I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely recommend and return.
