Guest：18年开业的酒店保养的算是非常好的了，早餐可圈可点，整个卧室也很大，是本次旅行中遇到最大面积的。离黑衣修士站走路5分钟左右（过桥即达）周围有其他公交、地铁线，离超市很近。步行到大本钟15分钟左右。房间内提供拖鞋，牙刷需要在办理入住时要一下。説説不足吧1??在发现给了一层的房间后提出想要换一个楼层，前台表示一共只有五层、表示换不了（但实际入住期间入住率并不高）2??客房服务速度相对较慢。
Guest：Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

Guest：Very clean, spacious and modern hotel. The area is safe and quiet. Close to borough market. I had to leave hotel early like 6:30 am on one day but breakfast started at 7am and the receptionist Katarina was very kind and she helped us to prepare the breakfast before that. Service is excellent. I love how they have water fountain on the floor so that I can bring the glass bottle to refill. Also I stayed in 2 queen bedroom as I have 3 people which is very rare in London. I would definitely come back next time.
