You are about 5 minutes walk from the Five Great Avenues, and the subway is just outside the building, although on the other side, and the bus stop is just across the street. The check in is also contactless. All the information you need will be given online(through WeChat for me since I've been using it). Probably the easiest check in you will find in China. The room was very clean. I've heard the view was great but I only got a view of the opposite building, so I guess it depends on your luck. Nevertheless, all the things you need will be there, including a fridge and washing machine. Not to mention a mall is right below you, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. For the cleaning, someone will come around noon and the owner will text you about it beforehand.
