Guest：I’ll let the photos do the talking here but honestly was so disappointed by this hotel as I had high hopes. We booked 2 rooms and felt that both rooms were run down. The staff were lovely and their breakfast was outstanding but that was it. First we had problems with the TV so we called the reception who said they would send someone up soon. Soon meant about 5 hours later it seems and we had to call them to ask where they were as we needed to go out. Another problem was the mattress - it was so awful that you could feel the springs. As I have problems with my back I contacted reception and someone came up. He said he would get the owner of the hotel to call me but that didn’t happen and even upon checkout there was no mention of the mattress situation which I found very rude. I ended up having to sleep in the room I booked for my sons. The next morning my husband woke up with the worst back pain as he slept there and said it was the worst nights sleep he’s had an literally had back pain for a good week. Lastly, the room was very very hot and we tried to contact someone but no one answered and there was no one on reception. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again but I’d definitely try out the restaurant.
Guest：We had a really pleasant stay. We had a suite overlooking the sea. Large balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again.
Guest：It's not a hotel - more a restaurant with rooms . The menu is restricted to about 5 starters and mains and doesn't change daily. There are no daily specials to provide variety. The food on offer is good but tends towards the pink and cheffie. The car park is accessed by a very narrow lane - it is difficult for larger vehicles to navigate and maybe impossible. There is no residents lounge. If you want to read your paper, it's either in your room or the bar. On the plus side, the staff are excellent.
Guest：Enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. Room 1 is spacious with excellent Seaview from the balcony. Service was very good and breakfast was good but disappointing that there was no self service buffet. It appeared bookings were low as we saw only one other guest. Eating was in the bar, restaurant was closed with no dinner available as the chef was on holiday and redecorating going on in the narrow entrance hall. The car park has narrow access, unlit and the access road poorly surfaced warranting care at night. We paid ￡180/night and we thought ￡150 would have been more appropriate given all the circumstances at the time of our visit.
