Guest：This hotel was perfect for our 5 days ski trip, and exactly what we needed. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The ski shuttle to the main lift station was reliable and convenient, and on-site ski storage made things easy. Quiet yet convenient location, plus a nice balcony for relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety with friendly service. We loved our stay and highly recommend!
Guest：Very nice hotel with welcoming and helpful personnel. I got an upgrade from my economy room to a larger room with balcony and a superb view of the mountains. The bed was confortable, the breakfast is tasty and has all you need to charge for an active ski day. The spa is relaxing and has a nice mountain view. There is a free shuttle bus for the slopes available until 17:30, gets you to the Signal(Arnouva cabin). I even got a late check out in the afternoon so I could enjoy a last run the same day I left and got a lift to the funicular station. Perfect stay, only too short. I would definitely come back.

Guest：The hotel experience was great, overall. But the night was a nightmare. The residents are very disrespectful and you might even hear knocking sounds or loud voices. The restaurant was good, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Lastly, the hotel is in TOP Location and is next to the city centre and lifts.
