Guest：Superb. A wonderful, safe location near the Mosel River. The owner and staff are exceptionally helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the food is top quality in all respects. Good value and a wonderful place to stay. About 5 hours from Calais, so a great first (or, in our case, last) night stop if you have a long drive.

Guest：This hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars. The facilities are extremely basic and completely disproportionate to the price. Our room was incredibly simple, with a sink, shower, and toilet almost in the middle of the room – offering no privacy or comfort at all. There was no coffee maker or kettle available, and no air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel. On top of that, I had paid extra for a private parking space, but in the end, I just had to use public parking spots. In short: far too expensive for what you get. Definitely not recommended!
Guest：Comfort room was ok; clean, nice bathroom, just enough space, but noisy due to thin wall. Slow internet. Poor food in restaurant, really below average (don’t trust the description of the dishes). Personnel very friendly.
