  • Guest：No one came to clean the room, while I stay there for three days. Even though, it was snow emergency , they didn’t prepare there was no breakfast. It was not possible to go out and eat
  • Guest：Nice hotel, but breakfast is way overpriced. Also, we asked to be moved to a higher floor and we were told no because of the rate we paid for our room. We paid well over $200 for one night and we are Marriott rewards members. Very annoying.
  • Guest：Staff was polite and helpful. Room: stain on chair. Used wash cloth leftover, wallpaper seam splitting at ceiling. Shower door leaked, a lot. Odd wiring exposed for bathroom light fixtures. Bed, weak. Parking not included, get ready for that. On the flip side, for small room, layout very functional.
  • Guest：Poor customer service at the front desk. The bar in the lobby didn’t open at all for our weekend there because they were short staffed. For the price we expected more.
