Guest：Room with a view Our arrival was smooth and we had a fantastic room on the 4th floor where we could lie in bed and look at the snow all the way up to Saulire. In the morning we were out onto the Jardin Alpine and can ski right back to the hotel
Guest：My partner and I just finished a lovely stay at Lake Hotel. We stayed for 5 nights with 4 days skiing and booked through the company Heidi. We stayed right at the beginning of April 2025, it’s the end of the season so the snow is melting a bit in some places and a few places are already closing up but we knew that would be the case. We loved the hotel location. It was so easy to jump on the Jardin Alpin lift to the slopes or down into the village. In the evenings there is also a free shuttle to return to the hotel from town which was easy to use. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful explaining all the useful information such as where to collect our lift passes, ski’s and catch the bus etc. The room was very comfortable and we slept very well each night. We chose a lake facing room and spent a few evenings on the balcony with a drink watching the stars! We were really impressed with the breakfast. It was such a good selection with fresh pastries etc. and the restaurant is very pretty. We looked forward to breakfast every day and were able to fill up well for the slopes. It was our first time to Courchevel, which is a lovely resort. It was my 3rd time skiing but my partner is much more experienced. We were able to ski together and the lifts were easy to access. There are some great spots on the mountain to eat/ drink and we had an overall great time! We will definitely be back. Thank you Lake Hotel!
Guest：This hotel does not compare to any hotels in Courchevel. The staff is so kind, quick and does an amazing job but the property is old, overpriced, and does not compare to any Courchevel level hotel. The rooms are very small, and outdated. One room for 4 people with a bunk bed in the hallway is nowhere near acceptable for the price that this hotel is charging per night. The hotel is located at a convenient location but they either need to drop prices or do some serious renovations.
