Guest：Have just had a very pleasant stay, glad I hadnt seen the previous reviews before we booked. The staff were lovely helpful welcoming and friendly! The Sunday lunch and breakfasts were also good. The bathroom was tired and needs a makeover but the bed was very comfortable. The price we paid for two nights for a double suite was ￡150 which was very good value.
Guest：Staying elsewhere in Walsingham but called in here on a couple of occasions for a drink and to eat. Understand the pub is now under new management and the rooms are being refurbished. We can honestly say that our experience in the restaurant was excellent. Very good and efficient staff and the food was most definitely a cut above standard pub grub. So good that we congratulated the chef! Don't be put off by some of the reviews. Go and try it for yourself!
Guest：We have just spent the last two nights here. On arrival we was welcomed, and shown to our room, giving us how to get in/out once pub is closed, phone for out of hours, extra blankets. Our room was room 2 which has just been revamped. It was very clean, bed was comfortable. TV of decent size. Thank god for free Wi-Fi. Bathroom was down a few steps ( water pressure is poor) but is ok. We had a decent nights sleep. Food, breakfast was cooked as needed ( and looks like the photos) it was fresh & hot, plenty of tea & coffee. Our dog also welcomed the sausage. We found all the staff very welcoming all made a effort to speak to us, and made a great fuss of our dog. My only issue would be, parking ( exspecially mid- week) there is a car park just up the road. This B/B is a ideal stop for going to Thursford or Wells-next-to sea, it’s clean, has what you need, and the price is good. Evening food menu could have a bit more choice, but then again not that many places to eat locally.
Guest：A great atmosphere and location. When I am on my weekly Pilgrimage, it's a lovely place to stop think and reflect. Very efficient and multi tasking staff. Proper local pub. Also great Rum. What more do you want?
