  • Guest：The Glenrock hotel is truly a top of the line experience! The location is nestled amongst mountains that look to be right out of a movie. Rooms are clean and unique, ours offered an outdoor seating area with perfect views of the mountains. The resort is quiet with most noise coming from the river bordering the property. Service is also top of the line, the staff are all very kind, fluent in English, and willing to help with any of your needs! Overall 10/10 experience!
  • Guest：This is my third time visiting The Glenrock Nature Resort in eight years. This is where I begin my visit to Sri Lanka and it never dissapoints!! This place is not a hotel!! It is a magical experience for your soul.. if you want to get away from the hustle bustle of the city and the chaos of life.. this is the perfect place for you. Every member of the family equally enjoyed this place regardless the age - kids loved swimming in the natural pool while younger adults enjoyed walking around the paddy fields and the senior in our crew enjoyed simply sitting by the river and listening to the birds.. food and the service is top notch! I especially liked their traditional Sri Lankan Egg Hoppers and the kids loved Quasadillas!! This place is located right in the middle of the village. Its perfectly blended with the village and gives you a feel of quiet, peacefulness and a provides a safe hideaway!! Can't wait to come back again.
  • Guest：Walking into Glenrock gave me the first impression I was looking for. I was entranced by the majestic decor and it’s lovely rustic appearance. This hotel is not only a resort, but it was an experience that I could never forget. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They were always there for us, while they explained anything we couldn’t understand. They made the hotel feel like home, and then our family. Many of us explored the creek nearby with pleasure, excitement and tension roaring through my veins like the river roaring as it moved continuously. I loved the cabana we stayed in. The natural look was all it took for me to get used to the place. The beautiful scenery that we overlooked took it’s place in the balcony view in the cabana. I didn’t want to leave the wonders of glenrock. I’ve never had a greater time anywhere else.
  • Guest：We stayed at Glenrock Nature Resort last week and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort feels like a luxury escape surrounded by nature, mountains, trees, paddy fields, streams, and waterfalls, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The rooms are uniquely designed, with options such as suites, family rooms, and riverside cabanas that blend beautifully with the natural surroundings. The eco-friendly amenities are well maintained and add to the overall comfort. The food was excellent, offering authentic Sri Lankan village style dishes such as "Kehel Kole" rice (banana leaf wrapped rice) and meals prepared with "Ala Kola" curry (Taro Leaf), giving a genuine traditional experience. Our children enjoyed the stay immensely, Peshali (Daughter) loved the calm atmosphere, while Deymi (Son) enjoyed the water, including the natural style swimming pool, stream, and even the rain. With excellent service, a natural-looking swimming pool, and its location near "Pahanthudawa Ella", Glenrock Nature Resort is perfect for families and nature lovers. Highly recommended — 10/10.
