Lovely clean modern room with great amenities and such helpful staff too (Marco was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable) Nothing was too much trouble. A great location in the historic part of Naples. A gem of a find for our 5 day stay.
Lovely hotel clean modern rooms bed very comfy! Staff all friendly and breakfast was nice. Good location for walking to Long Street and 20 min to V&A waterfront or Uber is very reasonable. Really nice restaurants in Cape Quarter minute walk away, also has good supermarket, Clicks and used Sorbet nail bar all excellent
Such a neat location, and I loved how the owner Lisa went out of her way to contact me when I didn’t check in the first night (due to a flight delay). Very kind staff and this hotel’s location is close to the Waterfront, Bo-Kaap, and near the CBD.
We highly recommend this hotel due to the location, modernity and overall cleanliness of the premises. We recommend you book a room with a terrace (where we ate our meals). Marco, one of the front desk agents, is a standout professional. Among, other things, Marco helped us get oriented to Napoli, secured us last minute accommodation at the hotel for an extra night stay, and kindly, rapidly, assisted us when our taxi to the train station did not show up. Marco made our stay very memorable and we thank him again.

Fabulous B&B on the 3rd floor of a historical building. Great location - easy walk up into the historical center, easy walk from the central train station. Room was large, elegent, clean and super comfortable. Great AC and lovely bathroom. Daniel and Michael were lovely and helpful. Naples is a super interesting city; highly recommend.
The Grey and its staff were great: incredibly helpful and so nice. When/if we go back to Cape Town, we will stay there again, and will also recommend to all our friends.
Séjour sans fausse note ! L’h?tel est extrêmement bien situé, possibilité d’aller au Waterfront, le centre ou dans Bo-Kaaba à pied, restaurants tout autour, le personnel est vraiment très très accueillant et la chambre 3 avec la terrasse vue sur la Table Mountain était parfaite. Je recommande vivement !
