Guest：Beautiful hotel, great restaurant , in ideal location, with big rooms. We arrived late at night. Our agoda booking had apparently never been processed (our fault.. we never got a confirmation from agoda.).. the restaurant staff helped figure everything out for us with the manager who was there even though the reception had closed.
