  • Guest：We went to Tanunda to see Missy Higgins. Dove Cote was a great place to stay. Close to the main street, but very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast provisions enough for an extra person, and Matthew was very patient and understanding, as I'd forgotten to pay after my credit card was hacked, and he didn't chase it up until a few days before our arrival. He also found my cameras, which I left behind and didn't notice were missing until the day after we got back to Victor Harbor. Just mind the telegraph pole when you back out of the Studio driveway.
  • Guest：We stayed in the studio, which is more like a bed sitter. It would be suitable for couples staying no more than two nights, we stayed seven nights the room was never serviced or restocked with food.Overall the place is tired but clean and the only big plus is its location being in Tundra itself.
  • Guest：Superbly located just a block away from the main road and the many excellent cafes and hotels (check out the fabulous Kampung Kitchen a short 10 minute walk away). The cottage meets every criteria for a great Barossa Valley experience: an old-world charm ambience, excellent bed, fabulous breakfast provisions: a central point for discovering the many delights the iconic Barossa Valley has to offer! We would have given it 6 stars but for the fact that the “doves” had deserted the property some time ago due to the neglect of the gardens - what great memories guests would have if they had the opportunity to be surrounded by a serene and fragrant garden environment. Never too late I would hope for a truly "cottage" experience!!!
