Alpine Spa Residence

Alpine Spa Residence offers modern apartments and a 1476 ft² spa area in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, only a few steps away from the Römerbad Thermal Spa.

All apartments are elegantly furnished and have a balcony or a terrace. Parking is available free of charge.

The spa area features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a Finnish and a herbal sauna, a steam bath and a modern gym.

The valley station of the Kaiserburg Cable Car is only a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket are close by. Hiking and cycling trails start right next to Alpine Spa Residence.

From May 1 to November 1, the Carinthia Card is included in the apartment price for our guests.

Guest：Stayed here from Jan 4th to 9th, 2018. Very friendly host and staff, nice cosy rooms with big balcony, kid room. The SPA is beyond praise. It was so good to have rest there after skiing! Hope to go there again in future.

The structure is very welcoming, beautiful, relaxing. Excellent breakfast served in the room. The apartment is clean (especially for those suffering from allergies is important), comfortable and there is everything you need, great wifi that covers the entire structure. It takes 5 minutes to go to KaizerBergbahn for skiing Spa with pools and different saunas was very clean and we had a great time with our children and friends there. We’re recommend this hotel and this place to everyone!
