  • Guest：Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast catering for vegetarians too. The dinner at the Pub was excellent and very good menu. The ambiance and friendly smiling staff made it all the better
  • Guest：For an overnight stay at the price paid it was really good apart from I requested a shower having a bad back issue so can't use a shower over a bath safely. However when we reached room 206 we found it had a bath with shower! But as it was now 00.40 all I wanted was to ged into bed so accepted it as it was only for one night we booked. In the morning I had a wash in the basin for safey. Arrived late we ordered two continental breakfasts from reception to find the price had from last time we ordered it in Premier Inn. In our opinion the price is now too high as for ￡11.99 each you can now get more to eat elsewhere. So we shall not be ordering continental breakfast when staying with Premier Inn again. Having stayed elswhere also Premier Inn have made a mistake with these latest breakfast price increases!
  • Guest：Excellent for the price, good night's sleep before early flight, very close to airport, for North or South terminals Cannot fault it.
  • Guest：Location was good for Gatwick Airport. Nice room, comfy beds and good heating. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the restaurant would be closed on the night of our stay. We had been getting emails about the meal deal they offer. After a long drive, this was very disappointing. No apology given by the staff.
