Guest：Room was spotless and staff was great. However our daughter paid $30 US more than us for the same room type and both booked on *******. No idea why.

Guest：The room and amenities are just as described. Due to the location and infrastructure of the island/inlet (isla de flores) they seem to get a lot of electrical issues often. We visited when the weather was above 30 degrees Celsius, and on the first night, our AC stopped working. The staff initially stated that the mechanical workers couldn't come until the morning to fix the problem, but the room got unbearably hot without AC. Thankfully, the night hotel staff tried until they were able to reset the breaker, and the AC resumed working. However, the next day there was an ~8-hour period during which the entire island had a power outage. I understand this was out of the hotel's control. Bring a headlamp just in case of these outages!
Guest：The hotel is so cute and very clean ! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are very attentive and friendly . ??Had a delicious dinner on the rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views of the lake and sunset . Nothing like it anywhere else around ! Lots of amenities here -high end toiletries , lots of fluffy pillows, complimentary shuttle to airport and filtered water in the lobby ??
