  • Guest：The check in was good. Friendly and informative. There were no hand towels. The bedroom did not have any bedside tables or lamps. There was a small shelf on each side of the bed but they needed repair. My husband and I both use CPAP machines and there really wasn’t anywhere to put the machines as they were broken and very small. Had to get out of bed to turn the light out. It would be nice to have more bedside space with a lamp. Bed was comfortable and cosy.

  • Guest：Older property, good location to esplanade. If you are staying in the studio apartments the upstairs tenants are noisey and heavy footed.
  • Guest：My family and I were traveling north and chose to pause in Harvey Bay. Since it was an unplanned stop, we were unable to reserve any motels, as they were all fully booked. Fortunately, this was the only accommodation available in the area. We stayed for just one night, and I can confidently say that the staff at this establishment are the best in Harvey Bay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and they even opened the door for us. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. When we entered our room, everything was prepared, including the air conditioning, which was a relief given the heat outside. Our parking spot was conveniently located next to our room, making parking very easy. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the Thai takeaway restaurant; after a long day of driving, the food was absolutely sublime. Checking out was also effortless, as we simply needed to drop the key in the designated box and leave. Finally, regarding communication, when we accidentally left something behind, we messaged the property through the Wotif app and promptly received a reply, informing us to collect the items at reception. This demonstrates their amazing service, even after check-out.
