  • Guest：Just returned from 2 weeks All Inclusive Premium Suite with friends We really had a wonderful time Our room was comfortable and cleanded daily , with linen changed regularly The buffett restaurent was good quality food, and hot and warm plates, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the Pool Bar/snacks in Premium area and the staff there were so cheerful and gave us plenty of laughs especially Adrianna and Chus. The evening entertainment from visiting guests was very good and relaxing in lounge area, and animation team were also great. The gardens were kept to a very high standard , infact the whole hotel was very clean Courtesy bus to beach front, but bus stop easy to walk to and Taxi,s very reasonable We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times as we love the area. Well done Elba for such a great experience
  • Guest：The only redeeming features of this hotel are the cleanliness of the room and the well?maintained public areas, including the pools. These are the sole reasons this review is not rated even lower. Beyond that, it is impossible to understand how this property is classified as four stars. The food throughout our stay has been consistently unacceptable. Breakfast and lunch in the so?called “premium area” were just about tolerable, but dinner has been an outright disgrace—overcooked, flavourless, poorly presented dishes that bear no resemblance to quality dining. We still have three more days to endure, and frankly, the in?flight meal on our Jet2 flight was of a higher standard than anything served here. The à la carte Italian restaurant was equally appalling, offering tasteless, overcooked, and unrecognisable food. We invested a considerable amount of money to stay here, and the experience has been deeply disappointing. The location is far from ideal as well. It takes a minimum of 20–30 minutes on foot to reach Playa Blanca, and although a shuttle service is available at limited times, there is absolutely nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity beyond the hotel itself. We specifically booked the adults?only premium all?inclusive package, which has been entirely misrepresented. Not only are the drinks limited to cheap local brands, but hygiene is also a serious concern. Crockery in the adults?only areas is frequently dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to offer a premium experience.
  • Guest：We really enjoyed our stay here. Weather was very hit and miss. Been to Lanzarote a lot of times in January so this rainy weather was a shock. But not the hotels fault. We stayed in the premium suites. Our room was very nice and bottled water every day was great The staff here were extremely friendly. We never really used to the pool and pool bar that is exclusive to premium suites due to the rainy weather. Not much shelter there from the rain. We stayed around the other pool which enabled you to shelter in larger pool bar when the rain came in. The only gripe we had was in the adults only restaurant for dinner was it was packed and with await. This was caused by not being able to sit outside due to the weather. Also didn't think the food selection was that great. Breakfast in this restaurant was fine. You also get the use of an adults only bar. The was a singer every night some good some not so good. But we had a good group of people including a group of people on a solos holiday and they were always up dancing. Premium gets you some premium drinks as well. Beefeater Gordon's etc for your gin and tonics. Once the singers ended you could go downstairs to the much larger bar and they had a disco on every night. Never danced so much?? All in all this was a lovely hotel and the staff were fantastic. Would I return- most definitely. Treat yourself and go premium suites. Hopefully the weather in January will be much better next year
