  • Guest：This hotel is always exceptional and we visit very often due to its proximity to Torrecardenas hospital. In general the hotel has a great location.You can walk to the hospital or the staff will order a taxi which is about 5 euros and is there in 5 mins or less. We also walk to the Torrecardenas shopping centre which is even nearer.Similarly you can walk into the main tourist areas of the city too. The most special thing about this hotel is the staff . We are always welcomed back by reception and in the restaurant. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional. They can't do enough to help in any way and really put themselves out.The hotel is beautifully clean too and a real credit to everyone who works there. Another consideration is how beautiful and quiet it is inside.The centre of Almeria is very busy but you would never know once you are inside the hotel . We love love love it there. We feel really at home when we stay. Huge thank you to all the staff as ever.
  • Guest：Stayed 22nd February. Reception staff staff were friendly & very helpful wirh information on local places ir directions. The hotel is High Quslity with HUGE beautiful reception & modern, clean restaurant & bar area. The room was large & well equipped with comfy bed. Food was Excellent with HUGE choice for breakfast, which was lovely. The tall, slim older gentleman who ran the floor at dinner & breakfast was smiley ?? & very helpful. Finally, MAURO at the bar (Argentinian) spoke very good English & was chatty, knowledgeable & good company. GREAT deal at 132 euros for dinner, bed & breakfast. Would stay again.   • Guest：Spectacular stay, 100% recomended, the staff is amazing and super attentive. I even accidentally dropped my gold ring during breakfast and they saved it for me at the front desk. Very honest and attentive staff… they are the best!
