Guest：We went for the cycling. The cycling manager and guides were fantastic. They chose our routes perfectly and helped us every step of the way. We had the meals included package. The meals were excellent. Dinner each night was a gourmet delight with more dishes than you could even sample. And each one better than the other. The rooms were great as well.
Guest：The bikes, the rides, the guides, the food, the staff, the picnics, the wine tastings....absolutely everything was over the top fantastic. Every staff member was attentive, patient and kind. The bike guides were knowledgable and adaptive when necessary. And the extras - picnic, wine and food tastings, were all well put together and delicious. This was a fantastic week of cycling, friendships (new and old), food and wine. I highly recommend the Bike Hotel Dory to anyone who wants to see a slice of Italy on a bike.

Guest：I visited Hotel Dory this September for a Cycling week. The hotel is welcoming, very well looked after. The facilities are very good, the spar etc. The apartment we had was roomy and modern. The food was varied to most tastes. The cycling guides were very good and understanding of an amateur cyclist. Hire bikes excellent and well fitted to me. The hotel is right in the town, just where you want to be for a walk in the evening. Avoid the taxis from and to the airport as they are very expensive, explore public transport. But overall the experience at the Dory was brilliant and will visit again.
