  • Guest：Room was spotless. The staff courteous. The location was interesting. Sandwiched between west village and Bowery.
  • Guest：The staff is amazing, very warm & friendly, but the rooms are just ok. Like many NYC hotels, they're too small, and we had even upgraded to the Premium King. The bed was too soft. The showers are in the bathtub so you have to climb in and out. The fire alarm chirped every few hours our first night. The staff took care of it the next day. The location was fine in general. I wouldn't necessarily stay again.
  • Guest：The hotel needs an update. Bathroom had a lot of mold, windows had hand stains. The mold even made the room smell funny. There was barely an adjustment on my bill inspite of this condition. The sink didn't seem to drain properly and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. There are some cute cafes nearby, like next door Librare. The only good thing was unlimited supply of Saratoga water and this cafe. The area is so so, close to really nice streets, but also a lot of homeless and dirty streets near by.
