Guest：Avoid! Such a sorry state. NOT a 4* location. Breakfast was always cold and buffet not refilled unless someone asked for something. Sambar was always cold, and we’d be scrapping to collect enough. They would run out of cut fruit. A very poor breakfast. Nothing was properly seasoned or flavored. Neither Tea nor Coffee was to basic expectations. Both were milky and had hardly any flavor other than milk. Ordered of tea and coffee always took extensive amount of time even if all you ask for is hot milk and a tea bag. Rooms have an unbearable stink. The bathroom vent doesn’t vent out so need to make sure to close the door or the rest of the room reeks. Pool is very small. As a 4*, one would expect a gym! There is no gym. The loaner bikes were all running low on air with poor tires so quite risky to take out on a ride. Location is actually not so convenient. Be mindful you’d be paying a lot of premium price for taxis to take u anywhere. 1000 rs to go to Alleppy or to Kumarakom. 3000 rs from COK. 2000 rs to Cochin. No restaurants around so must go to Kumarakom or Alleppy to go to a decent restaurant.
Guest：Nice stay .Property is on the backwaters. One hour boating available on payment. There is a good pool but there were no Towels readily available. Rooms were clean with fresh linen . Wardrobe in the room needs polishing or a change. The breakfast was nice .No live counters but were provided from inside on request. We had a la carte lunch and dinner which was also good. The staff in the restaurant were efficient and helpful ,however a smile will go the extra mile
Guest： Staff were very helpful and organised our activities and transfers .one of the Bathrooms had mouldy smell which needs resolving. In quiet location but easy to get taxi organised at reception . Food quality was ok if a little slow . Otherwise had enjoyable stay.
