Guest：Continental Breakfast was ok. Room could use some attention. There is no one at the front desk after 4PM and no one was there when we left at 9AM.
Guest：31 members of our Lunch Club for 60 to 96 year olds visited for lunch on 17th June 2024. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Friendly, efficient & great empathy with our members. Food fantastic. Our experience couldn’t have been better.
Guest：Always very friendly and relaxed. Good service and very good food. We had a curry and gammon meals and both very nice, cooked and presented well. The menu caters for most tastes. The dessert menu could be a bit more varied and cheaper but overall recommended.
Guest：First impressions poor, no reception but a bell to call, no-one came, the reason was they were behind a bar serving drinks, I had to go to the bar, seemed very short staffed and they were multi tasking different departments. Room was ok nice view ofcourse, but outdoor decking all tired looking and not very welcoming, water and biscuits supplied the first day but not the second despite it being very hot. Booked bed and breakfast but couldn't have it, as breakfast was not served till 8, which is way too late if you are there for business. Cleanliness not great dirty towel, fingerprints on windows. Food was ok. Staff were friendly but they simply didn't have the time to look after you
