Warmly welcomed and given room attic room at the top which also had a sitting area and great views from the windows overlooking Lyme. Private parking at back and a flat walk into Lyme and the beach - a blessing in hilly Lyme! Thank you very much Phil and Ruth - a lovely stay.

Ideal location too, the walk into town & the seafront is not only not taxing, it's a really pretty stroll as well. Parking was easy Can't recommend it highly enough.
