  • 会员2208：比照片上还要好，比我想象的还要豪华。这次带双方父母一起去的一共7个人，本来定的3室的别墅，到了以后给我们免费升级了5居的大别墅，还在远门外挂上了我家姓氏的牌匾，好有气氛。感谢小朱管家热情服务 ，询问需求，还车接车送的。父母孩子都超满意！
  • 会员4808：早餐种类挺多，但是不太好吃。 。可以加床。室内都是实木家具边角还是很尖的。要注意孩子安全 位置较为偏远，停车基本没有问题 设施以3k左右入住性价比算高。但是我们是国庆假日入住，6k感觉不太值 入住期间海遇到别墅线路问题。电工弄了1小时还没查出问题。处理态度不是很好。不太尊重客户利益
  • 会员1966：这家酒店的选择绝对是一个意外，这次三亚之行原本没有这个酒店的计划，一般给人的感觉三亚是大海，沙滩，无边泳池，像这种在山里的温泉酒店好像不是三亚的出行选择。但，错了！绝对是隐藏在三亚的世外桃源！酒店全部是别墅房，东南亚风格，一不留神以为自己在泰国或柬埔寨的度假酒店！管家sky入住前一天联系专车接酒店，从亚特兰蒂斯接到酒店，到达酒店立刻从亚特兰蒂斯的喧闹转为全然的宁静，入住办理的很快，管家开电瓶车送房间，好大的别墅区，如果自己走一定能走丢。到达房间管家sky把两层别墅的所有功能介绍一遍，别墅太大了，能住下7个人，更神奇的是还带有一个保姆房，房间有可以自己做饭的厨房一切的厨具，超大的泳池，关键泳池水真的干净，工作人员已经提前把温泉水放好了，管家介绍这个温泉是真正的温泉，试了一下，温度刚好！房间内都带有独立的卫生间，每个卫生间带一套欧舒丹洗浴用品，床上用品与浴巾都很舒服！这家酒店感觉真的达到了一个度假酒店想要的一切，全程管家服务，一切所需只需要给管家一个微信搞定，离店送机管家都帮提前安排好。感谢sky，感谢接机送机的司机师傅！下次三亚之行见！
  • 会员4736：酒店超级好，风格像在东南亚，房间的饮料免费喝而且每天送一大箱矿泉水，管家服务特别好 ，有什么事情都能很快帮我们解决，都有求必应，我们经常很晚麻烦管家都能及时回复，服务绝对100分！酒店早餐每天都是按照我们定的时间送到别墅的，还送了一晚草坪晚餐，我们自己买的海鲜加工超过了10斤也没算我们钱，简直超级无敌好的酒店，唯一不足就是酒店位置在山里吧，出行都要30分钟，不过环境特别好，而且我们租车了就很方便。下次有机会肯定还会定这家酒店！
