  • Guest：My stay at the Britannia Hotel Ilford was good overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby shops. It’s a decent place for a short stay — nothing fancy, but it served the purpose well. Overall, an okay and good experience.
  • Guest：I had a very bad experience during my recent stay. The reception staff treated us extremely poorly. After arriving, completing all the procedures, and paying the security deposit, I was suddenly informed that my room was unavailable due to maintenance work. Instead, they arranged accommodation for me at another location, which was a 10-minute walk away. My wife and I struggled to find this new place in the cold night. When we finally reached the new location, the staff there behaved very rudely. They did not even show us the room. They simply handed me the key and pointed in the general direction. When I couldn’t find the room and asked for help, they treated us with complete disrespect. The room we were given was much smaller and far worse than the one shown at the time of booking. We could not sleep the entire night because of a terrible noise coming from the heater. Overall, we had a very bad experience. I also noticed another customer at the reception facing the same rude behaviour from the staff, which shows that this is not an isolated incident. I am extremely disappointed and expect you to look into this matter seriously.
