Guest：Close your door from inside During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. They went to reception. After some minutes, again someone was opening the door, that time it was the receptionist. She was surprised that I was in the room, and she apologies. It was the same receptionist that attend to me.
Guest：NO HAY GIMNASIO Hola, estoy muy descontenta. La elección del hotel fue porque aparece que el hotel tiene gimnasio, cuando preguntamos por el gimnasio, la chica de recepción nos dice que desde la pandemia no lo tienen. Lo peor de todo, es que ya lo saben que en internet aparece que tiene gimnasio, una grande decepción!!!
Guest：The reception staff were indifferent. The room didn’t have the size of bed I requested. Reception didn’t pick up the phone when I called. When I was moved to another room (eventually), it too had the wrong type of bed.
Guest：Mala elección de hotel Hotel que no es de 4*. Parece que está en decadencia. Las fotografias no corresponden para nada a lo que es la habitación. La limpieza no es buena, las paredes de las habitaciones estan sucias, las baldosas del ba?o rotas o partidas. Me ha decepcionado que sea un Eurostaars ya que siempre he tenido buenas experiencias con ellos. No repetiré
