  • Guest：Beautifully curated Boutique Hotel in the middle of Old Town Palma. We received an exceptionally warm welcome, a glass of Cava to start with as well as a room upgrade. The service level of all staff remained at the high standard throughout our stay that it started off with. We were able to book our spa treatments and restaurant reservations via WhatsApp while we were on the go, which saved time and added flexibility to our stay. The room was beautiful, meticulously cleaned and spacious with top house keeping. All in all absolutely recommendable hotel that I would book again in an instant. Thank you to all staff of Posada Terra Santa for giving us such an enjoyable time in your hotel!

Die Lage super, das Zimmer sehr sch?n (wir hatten ein Premium- Doppelzimmer mit Wanne) das Frühstück sehr gut, die Küche hervorragend, das Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich. Die Sauna mit kühlem Pool kann nach Voranmeldung alleine benutzt werden, bis auf 2 x 1 Std t?glich (wegen Reinigung, etc) Das einzige worüber man n?rgeln k?nnte war, dass der kleine Pool auf dem Dach nicht beheizt ist (also im Februar sehr kalt) Man konnte jedoch wunderbar auf der sonnigen Terrasse liegen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
  • Guest：PROS: I absolutely loved this boutique hotel! I loved the old charm, mixed with the clean modern decor. The rooms were clean and bright! The toiletries were a favorite from ?the luxury brand, l'occitane. ?The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Fabio from dining gave special attention to details, which made our meals and our dining experience wonderful. My spa treatment with the spa manager was exceptional. I loved the surrounding area. It was safe for myself and friends to walk around at night. ?The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were wonderful, as well! Thanks so much! CONS: I could hear noise from the street at night. Thin walls, so I heard movement outside my door and through the walls. Water went out for a few minutes one evening.
