  • Guest：?ok güzel otel. Tafsiye ederim. Ailece gidece?imiz temiz iyi bir yer termal havuzu s?cak su rahatlama i?in ?ok güzel kapal? ve a??k havuzlarla ailece kalaca??m?z yer. Temiz odalar? hizmet guzel bir yer . ?am a?a?lar? i?inde temiz havas?yla bire bir.
  • Guest：The price of drinks was a ripoff - €20 for a vodka plus €8 for the coke! Whole hotel in great need of refurbishment. The room size was exceptionally good but V V tired. Had to unplug a light to plug in kettle so cldn't see what I was doing. As a supposedly 5* hotel. Rooms only provided small paper cups for tea/coffee. Pillows were like bricks, mattress like concrete and duvet not as wide as the bed. Staff need training in customer service. Quite rude overall. Looks like a huge selection at buffet for dinner and breakfast BUT at closer inspection just the same items being offered served slightly differently! I don't deny I'm a bit fussy over food but, I wasn't the only one trying to find something to eat at both meals. I wouldn't come to this hotel again but this trip is part of an RSD package. The only saving grace was the thermal pool was nice but again need of attention!
  • Guest：Super hotel in a fabulous location . Friendly helpful staff and good food . Definitely try the thermal pools if you visit. Nice areas for sitting outside and some evenings entertainment was provided . Excellent value .We stayed only for one night but would come again .Thank you
  • Guest：The Polat Termal hotel is conveniently located close to Pamukkale and the Necropolis of Hierapolis (well worth a visit). Set in a pine forest it is mostly decorated in dark tones which makes it look quite gloomy. The restaurant is like a canteen, often filled with coachloads and everyone is fending for themselves. The food is mediocre and mostly lukewarm at best. There is a pool, Spa and Thermal pool in the hotel, fed by the natural springs which occur in Pamukkale. Our room was quite dark, desperately in need of refurbishing (see pics). Lights were gloomy and centre ceiling light was missing (just cut off by the wires) TV only had local channels and produced a grainy picture
