  • Guest：Very courteous staff, the food at the restaurant was amazing. It felt like being part of a big family.
  • Guest：If budget is the main consideration for a pre cruise stay, this hotel is acceptable. The location is a bit remote (30 minute walk to the main tourist area) and the property is extremely tired with dusty vents, peeling wallpaper, disappointing A/C and some apparent bathroom mould. If a renovation is not possible, a deep cleaning and cosmetic repair is overdue. The staff are friendly and generally helpful. The restaurant is acceptable. There is a local coffee shop and excellent pizza place nearby. Shuttle to the cruise port was good. There are limited hotel options in Civiitivecchia. If budget is an issue, this is worth a look for an overnight stay.
  • Guest：The property is a bit dated, but good for a stay over for boarding a cruise . The best feature is the cruise shuttle at a very reasonable price of 5€. If they can offer a shuttle service from the train station to the hotel that will even be better, the taxi drivers at Civitivecchia station are *****, they will change the agreed price upon arrival ! Very bad experience to begin the journey!
  • Guest：Staff very friendly and very helpful. Older hotel but we like that. Very easy to contact the hotel and easy to change our pick up time. Huge variety of food options on buffet breakfast. I would book it again if I ever go back.
