Guest：Stayed here in a group of six for a ski trip. We read the negative reviews before the stay and were worried. We didn't need to be. The rooms were dated but huge. The beds were comfy and the shower was warm and powerful. I've stayed in far worse in the Alps and paid 3x the price. The location is great. Less than a 5 min walk to centre of Town and lifts. The staff were all friendly and working hard. The breakfast was not the best but was adequate. The pool and spa facilities were great for a hotel at this price. For the price we paid it was amazing. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Everyone we spoke to during our stay had the same feelings as us. Would stay again if returning to Borovets.
Guest：The hotel was located very close to the gondola, the staff very kind,the breakfast was various and tasty, the pool and sauna were nice and clean . Now regarding the clean in the room was disaster. The bathroom didn't look like it was ever cleaned before ,the pillow and the blanket were yellow and dirty and the dust in the room was not vacuum.
Guest：WE have been 3 adults and 2 kids. The hotel was not maintained good enough, needs a major renovation. Food very simple and cold, when you get for a later dinner. Not clean enough. Situated far from the central plaza. Only the reception staff was good.
Guest：Great accommodation, close to the Gondola - only few min walk up the street. The staff is extremely helpful and will please any request. We had most of our meals at the hotel restaurant and the food was great. They gave us a discount for Black Tiger where we spent most of the nights singing songs.
