Guest：I would like to start by saying that the massage was good, but… Despite the fact that we had booked the massage by phone and specifically requested a package including the spa and pool, we were told on the phone that only the massage was available and that the package with the pool would only be possible from January 5th. However, when we were paying at the reception, we were told, in a tone that I found disrespectful and unprofessional, that it “always” includes the pool and sauna, but that this time, as an exception, they would only charge us for the massage. I truly do not understand this behaviour. Something that was communicated to us by your staff on the phone was later questioned in a demanding manner towards the customer. The tone of the staff member was really very unprofessional.
Guest：Invitados a un evento nos quedamos dos noches en este precioso hotel estilo tirolés. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Las instalaciones son magníficas, tuvimos una suit que daba al jardín muy cómoda espaciosa moderna, la cama comodisima! Desayuno con todo lo necesario incluido jugo de naranja recién exprimido. Los alrededores son muy bonitos, ofrecen un servicio de bus al pueblo que queda a aproximadamente 8” / 10”
Guest：Ich komme seit 20 Jahren in dieses Hotel und freue mich immer wieder hier zu sein!! Die Zimmer sind sehr sch?n, die Lage des Hotels au?erhalb des Orts verspricht Ruhe und auch die Speisen sind sehr gut!!! Am Nachmittag gibt es eine Jause, die bereist im Preis includiert ist, hier kann man getrost von einer vollen Mahllzeit reden, denn es gibt salzige Speisen, Kuchen und Kaffee!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man kann direkt am Hotel ein e-cart mieten und zum Golfplatz Eichenheim fahren, der für Hotelg?ste einen eigenen Zugang nur ungef?hr 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt anbietet. Rundum ein weiterer gelungener Urlaub!!!!
