Guest：Excellent value given the price, location, and breakfast (which is in the other BW about half a block away). I arrived late on a Saturday and was still able to park in the garage. I stayed in one of the rooms on the flat iron part of the building. Nicely appointed. I appreciated the bathroom - nicely fitted. A/C worked; however, if the weather were truly hot I would keep the curtains drawn during the day as the room had a lot of windows. Recommended.
Guest：Nothing DELUXE about this room The so-called DELUXE single in a 4-start hotel. Hmm. First of all, what was good? Interesting and convenient location in the city centre, electronic check-in was easy, the small bathroom was immaculately clean. A box of tissues would not have been out of place for 4 stars. For the rest, look at my attached photos and spot the differences between advertised and actual appearance, and by "spot" I don't refer to the stained chairs and carpet. That would be too easy. The "Separate Seating Area" is nothing more than an added straight-back chair placed beside the other straight-back chair at the miniature work space. What you are led to expect is far from what you get: one uncomfortable basic chair 2 feet away from another equally uncomfortable chair. You could move it, but you would need a lamp. I have doubts about the advertised dimensions of the room. There is no alarm clock (contrary to the description) and the "coffee/tea maker" is just a kettle with some instant coffee and tea bags. The kettle is listed separately as an additional amenity. The WiFi is dodgy: stable with a PC computer, but difficult to connect to the internet and stay connected with Apple products. It was confirmed for me on check-out that this really was a DELUXE room. I wish it had at least just been an oversight. I've never had problems with Best Western before, but I can only recommend that this one be avoided until its rooms measure up to the misleading promotional material. But how would you know?
Guest：Friendly staff. Said room had kitchenette but got to the room and said no cooking. No utensils. Refrigerator did not work. Was reported to staff three times but nothing happened.
